SIGN BOARDS LEADING TO ZEALOTS VILLAS

Considering the convenience of dears & nears of Zealots Villas residents, Zealots have fixed sign boards at all major junctions indicating respective projects.

 

PROJECT NAME BOARDS

New designer stainless steel project name boards were fixed in all completed projects as a New Year gift from Zealots.


HANDING OVER OF CASTLE ROCK

Zealots Castle Rock has been handed over to the project association. The CEO, Mr Sargheev, Operations Manager Mr VijayKumar, The association president, Mr Prabhakaran Paleri attended the function.

 

ZEALOTS VILLA FOR RENT

A 3 bed room villa is available for rent in a Zealots project located at Pottammal, Calicut.

ONGOING PROJECTS WORK IN FULL SWING

Zealots Misty Woods:

NH By pass road tarring work crossing vengeri Junction is in finishing stage. Expected to be completed in 1 month.

Only a couple of plots are open for booking.


Zealots Brookfield:

Brook field is just 600 meters from NH 17.

Widening work of proposed Gandhi road connecting beach road and CWRDM will commence very soon. With this, we will have 3 different road access to this project.


Zealots Cyber hills:

This project is located just 1.2kms off. from the most developing Pantheerankavu NH Bypass junction (Panniyurkulam Bus Stop, Perumanna road).

Here, we have already completed the internal water line and the external road tarring works. The sold out villas and the club building are under construction and the land development work is in progress.


Zealots Terra valley:

The project is located near Presentation High School, Chevayur.

Three villas in this project are already occupied. All the other villas under construction will be handed over by the end of this financial year.

Construction of a Ready to Occupy villa in Zealots Terra Valley project is expected to be completed by the end of January. The villa is with 1910 Sq. Feet in a 5.9 cents land.

Two open wells with abundant pure water is the major highlight of this project.

HANDING OVER OF MISTY WOODS VILLA












Zealots handed over the villa, Villa No 12 of Zealots Misty Woods Villas at Vengeri to Mr. Narayanan Nambiar on 23rd Nov, 2011. Zealots staffs and the family members of the villa owner attended the function.












The Managing Partner of Zealots Property Management, Mr.Sajith Nhaloor, handed over the key to Mr. Narayanan Nambiar, the former  Engineer in Kerala PWD.

Zealots already handed over three villas in this project. One more villa will be handed over in January.



Mr. C.P.Sargheev, CEO of Zealots has congratulated Zealtos crew on this occasion for completing the villa by keeping the Zealots Quality Standards well within the promised time.













TARRING OF PUBLIC ROAD TO THE CYBER HILLS VILLAS
Zealots completed the maintenance work of access tarred road from












Panniyurkulam Junction to the Cyber Hills Villa Project. Last week Zealots completed concreting the shoulders of this road to ensure the life of concrete road during the rains.

READY TO OCCUPY VILLA AT CHEVAYUR
Construction of a ready to occupy villa in Zealots Terra Valley project is expected to be completed by the end of January. The villa is with 1910 Sq. ft. in a 5.90 cents land.

All other villas in the Terra Valley project are sold out and three of them are occupied.
